Terms of Service

By accessing or using VidSync ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. The Service is operated by Techwide Marketing Sdn Bhd, a company registered in Malaysia ("Rezekii", "we", "us", or "our").

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will endeavour to notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

VidSync is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables content creators to:

• Connect their TikTok account via TikTok's official OAuth 2.0 API
• View their TikTok video library (metadata only — titles, thumbnails, share URLs, duration)
• Cross-post or share video metadata to other social media platforms

VidSync does not download, store, or re-host your video files. The Service accesses only the video metadata made available through TikTok's Display API.

To use VidSync, you must authorize the Service via your TikTok account through TikTok's official OAuth flow. By connecting your TikTok account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• You have full authority to authorize access to your TikTok account
• Your use of the Service will not violate any applicable law or regulation
• You will not use the Service on behalf of any third party without authorization

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate TikTok's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Upload, share, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or infringes any third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, networks, or accounts
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Service
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to abuse the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Circumvent any security measures or access controls

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy.

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to your TikTok videos and associated content. By connecting your account, you grant VidSync a limited, non-exclusive, read-only licence to access your video metadata solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Property: The VidSync name, logo, website design, software, and all related intellectual property are owned exclusively by Techwide Marketing Sdn Bhd. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

The Service integrates with TikTok's official APIs in compliance with TikTok's API Terms of Service. By using VidSync, you also agree to comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We operate within the scopes we have been granted ("user.info.basic" and "video.list") and do not access any data beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TECHWIDE MARKETING SDN BHD AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD 50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

By You: You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by disconnecting your TikTok account from within the dashboard. Upon disconnection, we will delete your stored OAuth tokens from our systems within 30 days.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms or conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or to us.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
